The Federal Minister of Health has ordered for all flights from China to Germany that

  1. pilots-in-command must hand over the health part of the aircraft general declaration to the authorities;
  2. passenger locator forms must be distributed by the crew to passengers and handed over to the authorities and
  3. booking data must be kept for 30 days, in particular data to identify the passengers and their assigned seats.

In accordance with the IHR Implementation Act, the order is issued by the Federal Ministry of Health and published by Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure.
